ABOUT ME

Unearthing and sharing untold stories

I was most recently a senior reporter with the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Here, I covered commercial real estate and, thanks to strong relationships, frequently broke major news in the Twin Cities. I also participated in weekly live television segments and mentored other reporters on staff. 

I'm a 2019 graduate of the University of Minnesota, where I double majored in journalism and political science. During my time there, I served as Editor in Chief of the Minnesota Daily, the award-winning, independent, student-ran newspaper at the University. I also held semester-long internships at APM Reports and St. Paul Pioneer Press and a student internship with the Star Tribune. I then went on to work at the Duluth News Tribune and Finance & Commerce.

I have an intense curiosity and a drive to report impactful stories. My skill-set, leadership experience and years of work in large media organizations make me a creative and tenacious reporter and writer.
